TracyDuvall is the receptionist at this center and she has always been welcoming and efficient. Today was no exception. After she had cleaned the aids, she asked about any concerns I had. She then said she would take care of it. She took me in to the inner office and made contact with Dr. Altman who directed her in solving my concern. I was surprised that she had no problem in working with Dr Altman. She was confident and very competent. I definitely feel good about her effort and am even more impressed that today she was the receptionist as well as the hearing tech.
